Ordering and order help
The site has no customer accounts or logins. Your order is linked to the email address you give at checkout. Your order confirmation email contains a private link to your order. Keep that email and link private.
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to change it.
