Track a dispatched order
When your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking details if the carrier provides them. Orders are packed in 1–2 business days and ship from Japan. We ship US orders by FedEx. Report a parcel that has not arrived by the estimated time to us promptly at hello@japanscissors.com.au.
